Za razliku od surfovanja, SUP ne zahtijeva valove \u2013 mirna voda i malo ravnote\u017ee su sve \u0161to vam treba. Upravo zato privla\u010di sve vi\u0161e po\u010detnika, rekreativaca i ljubitelja boravka na otvorenom. Ova aktivnost nudi savr\u0161en spoj opu\u0161tanja i fizi\u010dke aktivnosti, uz mogu\u0107nost da je prilagodite vlastitom novou kondicije.<\/p>\n<p>Iako se na prvi pogled ne \u010dini zahtjevnim, SUP zapravo predstavlja efikasan trening za cijelo tijelo. Odr\u017eavanje ravnote\u017ee aktivira dublje mi\u0161i\u0107e trupa, dok veslanjem ja\u010date ruke, ramena i le\u0111a. Noge stabilizuju polo\u017eaj i stalno su u blagoj aktivnosti. Velika prednost je to \u0161to ne optere\u0107uje zglobove, pa je prikladan i za one koji izbjegavaju intenzivne sportove ili imaju problema s koljenima i le\u0111ima.<\/p>\n<p>Prema podacima Ameri\u010dkog\u00a0 savjeta za vje\u017ebanje, rekreativna vo\u017enja SUP sagorijeva oko 300 do 450 kalorija na sat za osobu od 70\u201375 kilograma. Kod zahtjevnijih oblika poput utrka ili SUP joge, potro\u0161nja mo\u017ee dose\u0107i i 700 kalorija na sat. Ukratko \u2013 dok se opu\u0161tate na vodi i u\u017eivate u prirodi, zapravo odra\u0111ujete kompletan trening izdr\u017eljivosti, snage i ravnote\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>Osim fizi\u010dkih koristi, tu su i one mentalne. Po\u010detnicima se naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e preporu\u010duje napuhuju\u0107a SUP daska (iSUP), jer je lagana, kompaktna i lako se sprema u ruksak. Obratite pa\u017enju na dimenzije. \u0160to je daska \u0161ira i dulja, to \u0107e biti stabilnija. Ne zaboravite provjeriti nosivost. Preporu\u010duje se model koji mo\u017ee podnijeti barem 20 % vi\u0161e od va\u0161e tjelesne te\u017eine kako biste imali dovoljno plovnosti i sigurnosti, \u010dak i ako sa sobom nosite ruksak ili dodatnu opremu. Uz nekoliko jednostavnih koraka brzo \u0107ete se osje\u0107ati sigurnije i stabilnije.<\/p>\n<p>Prvo, gurnite dasku u vodu perajom prema dolje, dok voda ne bude dovoljno duboka da peraja ne dodiruje dno \u2014 idealno do koljena ili malo vi\u0161e. Kad daska pluta, stanite pored nje tako da vam ru\u010dka za no\u0161enje bude u sredini, a peraja iza.<\/p>\n<p>Kle\u010dite na dasku sa obema rukama oslonjenim na ivice. Polako podi\u017eite jednu nogu po jednu i postavite se direktno iznad sredi\u0161ta daske, obi\u010dno tamo gdje je ru\u010dka. Lagano se ispravite, dr\u017ee\u0107i koljena blago savijena, a pogled usmjeren prema horizontu \u2014 ne prema dolje! Najva\u017enije je znati kako se sigurno vratiti na dasku. U dubljoj vodi isplivajte do daske smireno i kontrolisano, bez \u017eurbe.<\/p>\n<p>Za ve\u0107u sigurnost tijekom veslanja, uvijek gledajte prema naprijed, a ne prema stopalima. Stopala dr\u017eite paralelno, u \u0161irini ramena. Nemojte se previ\u0161e oslanjati na veslo \u2013 ono slu\u017ei za kretanje, dok ravnote\u017eu odr\u017eavate tijelom. Ako osjetite da gubite stabilnost, jednostavno \u010du\u010dnite.
