Umjesto dugotrajne promjene lanca rukom, biciklisti su sada mogli brzo prilagoditi prenosne odnose razli\u010ditim terenima.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"305\" data-end=\"474\"><strong>Aluminijum<\/strong> je tokom 70-ih godina pro\u0161log vijeka postao popularan materijal za ramove zbog svoje manje te\u017eine i \u010dvrsto\u0107e, \u0161to je omogu\u0107ilo izradu lak\u0161ih i br\u017eih bicikala.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"476\" data-end=\"794\">Pravu revoluciju donijela su <strong>karbonska vlakna<\/strong> u 80-im i 90-im godinama. Ovaj materijal omogu\u0107io je izuzetno nisku te\u017einu, bolju krutost i mogu\u0107nost oblikovanja aerodinami\u010dnih profila koji smanjuju otpor vazduha. Bicikli su postali lak\u0161i, responzivniji i znatno br\u017ei, \u0161to je imalo drasti\u010dan uticaj na brzinu i tok trka.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"796\" data-end=\"1038\">U 21. vijeku voza\u010di koriste elektronske mjenja\u010de (<strong>npr. Shimano Di2, SRAM eTap, Campagnolo EPS<\/strong>), koji omogu\u0107avaju precizne i izuzetno brze promjene brzina jednim pritiskom na dugme. Voza\u010dima i trenerima omogu\u0107avaju precizno mjerenje izlazne snage u vatima. Ovi podaci poma\u017eu biciklistima da optimalno rasporede energiju tokom trke, precizno izvode intervalne treninge i prate nivo umora. Klju\u010dni su za strategije u planinskim etapama i zavr\u0161nim sprintovima.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"776\"><strong data-start=\"509\" data-end=\"526\">Disk ko\u010dnice:<\/strong> U posljednjim godinama postale su uobi\u010dajene u profesionalnom biciklizmu, zamjenjuju\u0107i klasi\u010dne ko\u010dnice. Nude bolju ko\u010dionu snagu i pouzdanost u svim vremenskim uslovima, \u0161to pove\u0107ava sigurnost i kontrolu \u2013 naro\u010dito na mokrim i tehni\u010dkim spustovima.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"1146\"><strong data-start=\"778\" data-end=\"817\">Be\u017ei\u010dna komunikacija i telemetrija:<\/strong> Timovi su u stalnoj vezi s biciklistima putem radio-komunikacije. Napredni senzori prikupljaju podatke o sr\u010danom ritmu, brzini, kadenci, snazi pa \u010dak i tjelesnoj temperaturi, koji se u realnom vremenu \u0161alju analiti\u010dkim centrima. AI poma\u017ee u optimizaciji trening planova, predvi\u0111anju performansi, analizi protivnika, pa \u010dak i u prevenciji povreda.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1748\"><strong data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1464\">Optimizacija ishrane i hidratacije:<\/strong> Nauka o ishrani igra klju\u010dnu ulogu. Biciklisti imaju strogo definisane prehrambene planove prije, tokom i nakon trke \u2013 prilago\u0111ene njihovim individualnim potrebama i zahtjevnosti etape. Koriste se specijalni sportski napici i gelovi koji obezbje\u0111uju optimalnu hidrataciju i energiju.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1750\" data-end=\"2190\"><strong data-start=\"1750\" data-end=\"1761\">Taktika<\/strong> je postala izuzetno slo\u017eena. Svaki tim ima jasno odre\u0111ene uloge: pomo\u0107nici \u0161tite vo\u0111u tima od vjetra i donose mu osvje\u017eenje, sprinteri se spremaju za zavr\u0161ne sprintove, penja\u010di ciljaju planinske etape, a specijalisti za hronometar se fokusiraju na vo\u017enju na vrijeme. Tokom trke, taktike se stalno prilago\u0111avaju potezima protivnika, vremenskim uslovima i stanju voza\u010da. Timsku uspje\u0161nost odre\u0111uju saradnja i me\u0111usobno povjerenje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. To zna\u010di da \u0107e biciklisti (posebno oni najbolji) provoditi jo\u0161 vi\u0161e vremena u aerotunelima ili koristiti napredne simulacije ra\u010dunarske dinamike fluida (CFD) kako bi savr\u0161eno prilagodili svoj polo\u017eaj na biciklu i svoju opremu specifi\u010dnim fizi\u010dkim karakteristikama, \u0161to donosi vrijedne u\u0161tede energije.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00bbTubeless\u00ab sistemi bez unutra\u0161nje gume niskog pritiska (i ulo\u0161ci):<\/strong> Dok su se unutra\u0161nje gume dugo odupirale, bez unutra\u0161nje gume dobijaju na popularnosti. Do 2025. godine i kasnije, mo\u017eemo o\u010dekivati da c\u0301e vi\u0161e timova prec\u0301i na ovu tehnologiju zbog boljeg prianjanja, udobnosti i smanjenog otpora kotrljanja (\u0161to zna\u010di br\u017eu vo\u017enju bicikla uz manje napora).
