Takva vje\u017eba rasterec\u0301uje zglobove i ki\u010dmu, pa je odli\u010dna opcija za sve \u2013 a posebno za osobe sa bolovima u zglobovima, gojazne i sve one koji se oporavljaju od raznih povreda.<\/p>\n<p>Podrazumijeva se da je plivanje pogodno za ljude svih uzrasta. Ovo je jedna od sportskih aktivnosti koja se posebno preporu\u010duje svim starijim osobama, jer nema negativnih efekata na zglobove i kosti, a istovremeno je odli\u010dna za ja\u010danje sr\u010danog mi\u0161ic\u0301a.<\/p>\n<p>Plivanje tako\u0111e mo\u017ee biti odli\u010dna dopuna svim drugim oblicima vje\u017ebanja.
