Oba sistema se moraju naviknuti na nove pokrete i oja\u010dati svakim treningom, tako da je va\u017eno da povec\u0301avate intenzitet treninga polako i postojano. Za regeneraciju je dovoljan odmor od 12 sati.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n<h5>Dugo tr\u010danje<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Duga tr\u010danja mogu zna\u010dajno pobolj\u0161ati va\u0161 aerobni kapacitet i snagu mi\u0161i\u0107a. Morate biti u stanju odr\u017eati razgovor dok tr\u010dite, ali jo\u0161 uvijek ne onoliko koliko biste bili s laganim tr\u010danjem. Sli\u010dno tome, va\u0161 puls bi trebao dose\u0107i 60-70% va\u0161eg maksimalnog broja otkucaja srca. Za regeneraciju je dovoljan odmor od 24 sata.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h5>Tempo tr\u010danje<\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tempo tr\u010danja osmi\u0161ljena su za daljnje pobolj\u0161anje aerobnog kapaciteta, dok u isto vrijeme ja\u010daju va\u0161e mi\u0161i\u0107e za du\u017ea i br\u017ea tr\u010danja. Tr\u010danje treba biti srednjeg intenziteta \u2013 ne prelagano i ne prenaporno. Cilj ovakvog na\u010dina tr\u010danja je dovesti tijelo iznad zone komfora, odnosno da tokom tr\u010danja mo\u017eete izgovoriti koju rije\u010d, ali ne i pri\u010dati dok tr\u010dite. Va\u0161 puls treba da dostigne 70-80% va\u0161eg maksimuma, \u0161to zna\u010di da \u0107ete biti malo umorni pred kraj tr\u010danja. Za regeneraciju vam je potrebno najmanje 24-48 sati.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h5><strong>Intervalni trening<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Ova vrsta treninga mo\u017ee uvelike pobolj\u0161ati va\u0161 aerobni i anaerobni kapacitet,\u00a0 i oja\u010dati i pripremiti mi\u0161i\u0107e za br\u017ea tr\u010danja. Intervalno tr\u010danje sastoji se od brzih i intenzivnih intervala tr\u010danja koji traju kratko (oko 1 minute). I sporijih intervala oporavka koji mogu trajati isto toliko ili ne\u0161to du\u017ee (1-2 minuta). Iako tjerate svoje tijelo na vrhunski performans tokom intervala, ovo su najte\u017ei i najintenzivniji treninzi. Otkucaji srca trebali bi iznositi 80-90% va\u0161eg maksimuma.
