Naime, radi se o jednostavnoj ideji kretanja koju je dizanje tegova kao sportska disciplina tehni\u010dki usavr\u0161ilo.<\/p>\n<p>Naravno, dizanje tegova vi\u0161e nije samo vje\u017eba snage, vec\u0301 je pod okriljem tegova pokriven izuzetno \u0161irok i \u0161arolik set vje\u017ebi u okviru kojeg svako mo\u017ee da prona\u0111e idealan oblik vje\u017ebanja za sebe. Na njemu je u\u010destvovalo samo sedam sportista, ali iz \u010dak \u0161est razli\u010ditih zemalja.<\/p>\n<p>O elementarnosti ovog sporta govori i \u010dinjenica da je bio me\u0111u rijetkim izabranim da prisustvuje <a href=\"https:\/\/olympics.com\/en\/\">Olimpijskim igram<\/a>a od samog po\u010detka ili od 1896. godine, kada su se odigrale prve moderne ljetnje igre u Atini. Zanimljivo, mora da je pro\u0161lo vi\u0161e od sto godina od prvog pojavljivanja olimpijskih disciplina u dizanju tegova za \u017eene. Prvi put su se takmi\u010dile u na Olimpijskim igrama u Sidneju, 2000. godine.<\/p>\n<p>Danas poznajemo dvije osnovne kategorije dizanja tegova. Zovu se izba\u010daj i trzaj.
