Na kraju, ali ne manje va\u017eno, stari Latininjani su skovali doboro poznatu krilaticu: Zdrav duh u zdravom tijelu. Rekreativno bavljenje sportom donose koristi tokom cijelog \u017eivota. Korisno je da djeca po\u010dnu sa rekreacijom jo\u0161 u ranijoj fazi, na taj na\u010din sti\u010du radne navike o disciplini i odgovornosti.<\/p>\n<p>Bavljenje sportom podrazumjeva udisanje svje\u017eeg vazduha, aktiviranje sondi mi\u0161i\u0107a, otkrivanje skrivenih mjesta u prirodi, stvaranje novih prijateljstava &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Na taj na\u010din zadr\u017eavamo dijete u sebi, \u0161to mo\u017ee biti va\u017ean izvor vitalne energije i pozitivnog stava. Naravno, u svemu tome je potrebno imati zdravu mjeru, djelovati u skladu s njihovim sposobnostima i biti svjestan svojih ograni\u010denja.
