Nedostatak vitamina D povezan je sa autoimunim bolestima, hipertenzijom i pove\u0107anim rizikom od raka.<\/li>\n<li>\u201cIskra \u017eivota&#8221;, kako se naziva azot monoksid, igra veliku ulogu i u trka\u010dkim performansama. Podizanje nivoa azot monoksida u organizmu ja\u010da imunitet i mo\u017edane aktivnosti, on \u0161iri i opu\u0161ta krvne sudove, smanjuje krvni pritisak, i tako pove\u0107ava priliv krvi u organe, ali i obnavlja tkivo kardiovaskularnog sistema.
