Spada u kompleksnije kardio treninge koji se zasnivaju na intervalima intenzivnih napora sa periodima aktivnog oporavka (HIIT).<\/p>\n<h2>Kako funkcioni\u0161e?<\/h2>\n<p>Kao \u0161to smo ve\u0107 naglasili, cycling je intenzivan fitnes program, \u0161to zna\u010di da \u0107ete se mnogo znojiti. Trening je pra\u0107en energi\u010dnom muzikom koja \u0107e vas dodatno motivisati da istrajete uprkos umoru.<\/p>\n<h2>Za\u0161to bi trebalo da probate Cycling?<\/h2>\n<p>Nakon \u0161to zavr\u0161ite trening, osjeti\u0107ete se kao da ste pro\u017eivjeli pravu avanturu. Bi\u0107ete sre\u0107ni, umorni i jako ponosni na sebe. Dodatna prednost ovog treninga je to \u0161to vam omogu\u0107ava da trenirate u skladu sa svojim mogu\u0107nostima tj. nivoom kondicije &#8211; bi\u0107ete ohrabrivani da pratite instrukcije svog trenera, ali i da na\u010din dr\u017eanja, otpor i intenzitet treninga prilagodite sebi.
